I’d love to introduce you to intuitive, gentle, and adaptive yoga where your body is always right and the pose changes to meet your needs–rather than the other way around. I’m body positive, eating disorder sensitive, queer and trans-friendly, and a part of the Health at Every Size (HAES) movement.
